Grilled paprika and lemon-pepper chicken with paprika is very easy to prepare. It becomes attractive with lemon pepper flavour. Some people love chicken breasts and some other chicken thighs. 1.2 Kg chicken thighs or chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon onion paste
1 tablespoon paprika
First of all, prepare an oven rack around 6 inches from the heat source. Start heating the oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil and keep aside. Pat the chicken paper towels and place on the baking sheet.
Now, grease a broiler pan with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix the olive oil mixture thoroughly to the chicken breasts on both sides. Gently rub it to make a coating of the oily layer.
Take another bowl and mix garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and paprika and stir them well. Sprinkle the mixed spices evenly over the chicken breasts.
Now, bake the chicken in preheated oven for 35 – 45 min. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). You can check the temperature with an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre of the chicken.
If you use chicken breasts it will require 4 large pieces. But, if you prefer chicken thighs it will require 6-8 pieces. However, you can adjust the quantity according to your needs.
