How to prepare tasty Chilli Paneer for lunch or dinner?

Chilli Paneer is a tasty food especially originated from the Indian subcontinent. There are many people in India who do not love to eat non-veg food items, they simply eat paneer as a curry. Today, I am going to describe how to prepare Chilli-Paneer dish. You can eat this food item with anything – like rice or roti or paratha. There are many people who are fond of cooking but they are unable to prepare good food.

Paneer is a fresh cheese especially prepared in the Indian subcontinent. It is made by adding lemon juice, vinegar or yoghurt to boiling milk and to isolate the curds from the whey. The excess of water is pressed out from the curds and the curds are wrapped in cloth. It is also placed under heavy pressure for 2-3 hours. After it turns into the semi-hard slab, it is cut into cubes for use in food.

Cooking is an art. So we have to learn about the preparation by which a dish can be presented palatable to the food lovers. Many of us prepare food. But, the taste of the food does not always reach the optimum level due to the lack of knowledge about the detailed steps to be followed. That is the reason why our food is not good enough despite all the ingredients.

Today we will learn how to make tasty Chilli Paneer.

Ingredients

Paneer – 250 grams

Onion – (sliced)

 Green chili – 4 (cut)

Capsicum: – (cut)

 Spring onion: – (cut)

Ginger Garlic – (finely)

Ginger Garlic pest – 2 tablespoons

Flour – 50 grams

Corn Flour – 2 tablespoons

Chili Sauce – 1 teaspoon

Tomato Sous – 1 teaspoon

Soya sous: – teaspoon

Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil – 50 grams

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala – teaspoon

Method

(i) First of all, mix maida, maize flour, chilli and salt in a bowl and prepare a fine paste. The cheese past should not be too thin. After putting the cheese in the paste, keep it for a while to set, it gets marinated well and becomes good.

(ii) Now put the paneer in it and mix it and leave it for a while.

(iii) Take some oil in a pan and fry the paneer tikki in it. Paneer tikki is called to the sliced paneer with flour, chilli and salt mixture.

(iv) Then take it out in a vessel.

(v) Add ginger, garlic, finely chopped, onion, chilli, and capsicum in the same oil.

(vi) After roasting for a while add soy sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and roast it.

(vii) Then add some water and add the paneer gravy left and cook for a while.

(viii) Add paneer slices into it and then cook it for a while.

(ix) Turn off the gas and add green onions on top.

(x) Now, your paneer chili is ready, take it out in a bowel and serve it.
